A Bachelor of Arts Holder in Psychology, Geography and Resource Development from the University of Ghana, a trained Paralegal, law student and Human Rights Advocate with 8 years’ experience within the Civil Society Terrain. He has extensive knowledge and experience in
national and international human rights practice, prisoners’ rights, advocacy, public education, and legal reforms within the criminal justice sector of Ghana. Sylvester serves in various capacities at the POS Foundation; Paralegal, Project Officer, Admin/Finance Officer and a
member of the facilitating team of the State initiated ‘Justice For All Programme’ for remand prisoners aimed at decongesting the prisons.
